  • International Delivery (if applicable): 7–15 business days

Please note: Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight and size of the package

Customers will see shipping costs before completing their order.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped:

  • You can track your shipment through the courier’s official website

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
Gosee is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect address

  • Lost or undelivered packages caused by wrong address details

If you entered incorrect information, contact us immediately.


6. Shipping Restrictions

Some electronic items may have:

  • Location restrictions

  • Shipping limitations due to battery or component rules

We will inform you if any item cannot be shipped to your address.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours

  2. Provide your order number and photos/video of the damaged item

  3. We will help you with a replacement or refund (after verification)


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

For international shipping:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility

  • Gosee is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections
