1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is not as described

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Returned with all accessories, manuals, and packing materials


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered

  • Clearance or sale items (if mentioned on product page)

  • Hygiene-sensitive items like earphones/headsets (if opened)


3. Return Window

You must request a return within:

7 days of receiving your order (or customize the duration if you want).

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on bank/payment provider

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our requirements.


6. Exchange Policy

We can offer an exchange only if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

Exchanges depend on product availability.


7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it only if it has not been processed or shipped yet.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
